My name is Jonathan O'Halloran and I mentor people who have anxiety about how to change their lives.
I suffer from anxiety myself but I refuse to allow it to stop me from living my dreams. My dream was always to become a public speaker, A writer, and a mentor for people who lacked the confidence to live their dreams. When I finally decided I had enough of living in constant fear and anxiety my life very quickly began to transform.
I have overcome severe anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts in my early twenties. I have also overcome a mental health breakdown at age 34, so I totally understand how difficult living with an anxiety disorder can be. I also know that anyone who is "committed" to living their dreams can because I have been doing it for over a decade now and I have 12 years of experience mentoring clients from all over the world on how to overcome their anxieties.

Can you give me a few recipes Im a realy bad cook
Not make it in time again 😢
Well done mate. Keep up the hard work 👍
Yes you can shave your hair off but you'll lose confidence, and women won't like you. Women like long soft hair, not a bald smooth head, that's just facts. Even a buzzcut will make you unattractive. To all the comments that mention a transplant, you still need to use manoxofil and tablets to keep it, so just do yourself a favour, pay for products to keep your hair instead of waiting for a transplant because you'll be even more out of pocket.
Really wish to join stream next time 😢
I appreciate the effort you put into each video!❤
Something I’m still struggling with especially because I’m self employed and work from the computer
Do you have any degree of age anxiety ?
I’ve been going through a tough past job wise, but this video opened my eyes. I feel good because I was scared to go abroad but I still did it, it wasn’t easy but I did grow and I need to apply this attitude again to my working life.
I know exactly how you feel. I also have a fear of swinging bags.
Keep up the grind brotha!!
I GONNA WIN THIS BATTLE!
Keep the grind! You will make it in life if you keep putting the work in youre hours and days!
You are brave brother 💪🏼
No my definition of incel is the most accurate and backed by data. First, let's look at my definition of incel. Incel: A single male that is not in a long-term loving relationship with a partner that THEY find attractive. They may or may not have kids. These men are likely to be excess men of low social and financial standing. But due to our Darwinian high pressure, society...."more above average men" are finding themselves locked out of having a long-term loving relationship. This is what will cause society to destabilise and fall in quality and safety. Indeed, we are seeing it NOW already. And these men will either check out or become destructive. Both are not good news for society in terms of economic, social, and security reasons. Remember, the media and even others are not correct about what an incel is. It's not about just getting "3ex"......its realising that you have been unable to find a long-term loving, mutually validating relationship with a partner that YOU find attractive. My question to the world is this..... If a man IS IN a long-term loving relationship with a partner that THEY find attractive and they have kids. And that man is close to his parents and relatives and family, kids and friends. If he does a job that may not earn him all the money in the world. But it's enough to get his family by in dignity, and he finds purpose in that line of work. And that man is respected in HIS family, community........ TELL ME HOW MANY MEN LIKE THIS DO YOU FIND COMMITTING CRIMES, RIOTING, LOOTING???? THEY ARE THE PILLERS OF A STABLE SOCIETY. Now, "chads" that trun a lot of plates and have a lot of options are not strictly speaking incels, providing they don't have prolonged dry spells between "relationships".....but make no mistake these men are not necessarily destructive like incels, but are ultimately unfulfilled.....they are not as happy/stable as the man I described above. And that's all these is to know on the matter..... Peace

Thank you so much for sharing this.
I can relate a lot to this. Depression, anxiety, and eventually psychosis came from many years of me being worn down. I have autism, which made me a target, and so I became distrustful and hostile. I started seeing prostitues, but it has to stop now. It's just making it all worse.
Are you talking about yourself In the caption?
Bye FELICIA 👋
Toast rack 😂🎉😂
Way to go man 👍🏼✊🏼
not bad, man
Literally preparing this for tonight.
Thank you! I needed this at this exact moment. Trying to work out consistently.
Johnny I respect you but you should change format , you get few views , your message doesn't reach many people ( sadly because it's important) . Please change something to upgrade . Respectfully
I've learned something, take baby step... you have to rewire your brain.... I did boxing and i did sparing with old boys. At one point i was 13 and was sparing with 18 years old. It killed me anyway. This brinking me memory. In the end, anyway, i got knocked out and was too embarrassed after. I lost my confidence after that anyway. I was never the same again.
This was amazing. I really don't understand. Your amazing
Amazing thanks
Thank you. It's peri from live chat...😅
Hi, thanks for the credit, by the way.
I’m 2 days off it and Ive been having visions of DP 😭
*your
Hugely Inspiring my brother, i have quit that habit for nearly a year now, the urges pop up from time to time and like everyone i get weak, I cant talk to girls because of my insecurity, I dont like getting rejected so I just dont bother, I am only confident when drunk and it pains me to say that I cant talk to girls sober
I struggled to get started after college. I ended up leaving at age 24. I found just trying activities and meeting new people helped. It can be a gradual process. It doesn't have to be done in one day.
Hi johny im gonna start watching your videos again with great care ...😂
❤सेकुवा
I don't go to the gym but I run around the Harbour but at least four times a week . which is a good 30-minute jog each time I've also been cold approaching women in their twenties geting rid of the fear of rejection
Yo man i just started to go mma and i love it i actually had really bad depression last year like i would go bed and I would just hate myself in bed all the time and couldn't go sleep and nobody knows that i went threw this but i just told myself stop being a pussy and get over it then I started to talk to people then it just went keep doing what your doing man
I think your channel is underrated, johnny. Keep the videos coming 😊
What ive noticed about trying to move on from my childhood friends that drink and still party practically every weekend/month is that there is a sense of comfort and your ego feels safe inside of a group of people that have known you for a very long time. Realistically it's an illusion. A tough one to understand and realize. I'm trying to accept that I have to move on from these people soon or I will never become the man I want to be. Thanks for the video.
Great video!
